- 1–3 years of experience in HR (affiliate, digital, or marketing background preferred)
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
- Familiarity with performance marketing roles (AMs, media buyers, etc.)
- Fluent English (min. B2); other languages are a plus
- Ability to build and optimize HR processes and onboarding flows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Supporting the company’s participation in international conferences, including researching relevant events, coordinating with organizers, preparing materials and merchandise, and ensuring a strong brand presence.

Affiliate Manager

- Experience in affiliate marketing at least 2-3 years
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level). Additional languages are considered a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics
- Ability to work with a large amount of data
- Result-driven and a strong ambition to succeed
- High communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Attended trade shows such as AffiliateWorld, Affiliate Summit, etc. will be a plus
- Based in Warsaw or ready to relocate
Junior Account Manager

- Have a general idea of online advertising and related technologies
- Ability to quickly learn CRM tracking systems for success. Basic understanding of marketing analytic tools.
