We're now hiring a full-time HR Manager to help us grow and shape a world-class team of affiliate managers, media buyers, and business developers
Role Overview
As our HR Manager, you’ll take full ownership of recruitment and help shape the backbone of a fast-scaling affiliate network.
You’ll work directly with the founders to attract top digital talent, build smart and scalable HR processes, and foster a strong, high-performance culture across international teams.
We’re looking for a proactive builder — someone who understands the pace of digital hiring and wants their work to truly move the needle.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (affiliate, digital, or marketing background preferred)
- Strong recruitment and sourcing skills
- Familiarity with performance marketing roles (AMs, media buyers, etc.)
- Fluent English (min. B2); other languages are a plus
- Ability to build and optimize HR processes and onboarding flows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Supporting the company’s participation in international conferences, including researching relevant events, coordinating with organizers, preparing materials and merchandise, and ensuring a strong brand presence.

Responsibilities
- Salary: from 10,000 PLN gross/month (negotiable depending on experience)
- Full-cycle recruitment for affiliate & performance marketing roles
- Design and manage onboarding, feedback, and internal HR processes
- Build and maintain internal HR documentation and databases
- Partner with founders on hiring strategy and team growth
- Contribute to team culture and employee experience
- Coordinate with external recruiters, platforms, and tools as needed
